The Proposal

Not sure what to say about this. The movie does not exactly leave you inspired and full of things to say.

The Proposal was funny and didn't go exactly as we'd expected.

The odd twists in this funny tale was appreciated and makes for good lighted hearted viewing. The movie illustrates the oh so typical, over eager family scenario where one needs to "please the parents" and pretend to be who and what you aren't and where the family just won't let you be yourself.

It seriously works on my nerves when people get involved in other peoples business, even parents, need to know what their boundaries are and get a life.

Even though the Proposal is targeted at an adult audience, it is probably suitable for whole of the family.

I'm not sure that we will watch this one again, but if we do it won't be too soon.
