Focus and Commit

If you're launching a business or embarking on a new career, it may be tempting to work a second job for a sense of security.

What you really need to do is commit, decide what you want to do and focus on it. You need to give it your full commitment; if you don't, you can't expect your team to.

I used to DJ and make good money doing it, but every hour I was out DJing was an hour I was not focusing on MyEcommerce and that was where my future was.

Do one thing, maybe two but whatever you do, do it so darn well that it’s all you need to do. You can expand your service offering once you have a big enough team to handle it. There’s enough work out there for specialists to exist.
