No more out of office replies

It's the year 2014. Mobile phones are portable computers with built in modems. If you don't have email on your phone then you are doing something wrong.

Out of office replies are the height of nuisance. No one cares if you're out of the office for the day or if you're on leave for the month.

If you're in a client facing role, answer your email or redirect your mail to someone who can attend to your mail in a timely fashion, if not, your team should know you're out of office anyway so you can reply when you're back.
