# Look after your teeth

Amelia and I were feeling like having something to eat so I prepared us some two minute noodles, tuna and sweetcorn.

While eating this seemingly soft food, I felt something hard in my mouth. After investigating I found out that almost half of one of teeth fell out or broke off. Fortunately for me I had already had a root canal done on the tooth, so I was not in pain, although my mouth was now seriously uncomfortable and I was pretty much upset about the matter.

I will need to get the tooth repaired soon, so that I don't lose it altogether.
