At long last a long movie, that is not totally boring. XIII takes the typical overthrow the government story and adds a little flair to it.

It was not as high paced or exciting as it could be, but it was good enough to keep me engaged through out it's more than 2 hour duration.

If you're into covert/conspiracy type movies, give this one a try.
