# McDonalds setting the trend

[McDonalds](http://www.mcdonalds.co.za/?ref=nathanjeffery.co) is now open 24hours a day. The only thing that would make this better, is if you could sit down as well as drive through.

Amelia and I wanted a snack so off to [McDonalds](http://www.mcdonalds.co.za/?ref=nathanjeffery.co) for 2 McFeast Deluxe Meals with a cappuccino and an orange juice.

The service was friendly, for the early hours of the morning, the food took slightly longer than usual, I would assume that it is because they're not that busy, around 03:00.

I can't wait until more restaurants catch on to this trend as people are spending more time working and we need to be able to eat at flexible hours.

The food was good, but was getting a bit cold near the end. We by far prefer sit down meals over take aways.

If you're awake in the early hours of the morning, go down to [McDonalds](http://www.mcdonalds.co.za/?ref=nathanjeffery.co) and super size it.
